Costs and Expenses

Program costs: $2,100-2,500 (estimated). This includes 3 weeks of housing, transportation, academic components, service learning & cultural activities and most food. (Food costs in Vietnam are very reasonable.)

International airfare: $900-1,400. Last year some participants paid $870 RT from NYC.

Passport must have at least 6 months of validity. Expiration date July 2018 or later.

Vietnam visa: $25 (e-visa, single entry, 30 days). Other options: $55 (1 yr multiple entries)

Other personal related spending: $250 - 400 (food, souvenirs, gifts, etc.; estimated depending on personal spending habits.)

Vaccinations: costs depending on student's vaccination history
